Cider Cup (for 6 guests)

Serve in a large glassjug. Place infourpieces of ice, add: I liqueur glass Calvados I liqueur glass Curacao I liqueur glass Maraschino I measure brandy I quart cider Decorate with slices oforange orfruit in season. Stir gently. Serve in an attractive punch bowl with ladle, pour in: contents of 12 eggs, already well beaten I bottle Jamaica rum J2 bottle brandy J2 pint fresh milk or cream Add sugar to taste and stir well. Grate ^nutmeg on punch before serving.

Rum Egg Punch (for 20 guests)

Negroni

Pour into a goblet glass thefollowing: measure Campari Yz measure sweet Vermouth I measure gin Add piece of ice and slice of orange or lemon. Fill with soda water.
