So nothing could be better than a nice cold brandy egg nogg.

'Brandy Egg Nogg"

Pour into a Boston cocktail shaker 1 measure of brandy 2 teaspoonfuls ofsugar syrup

^tumbler offresh milk yolk and white ofan egg. Shake well and strain into a tall tumbler, then grate a little nutmeg on the drink.

If this sounds a little too long a breakfast, then try the Flip which is more concentrated.

"Brandy Egg Flip"

Pour into a Boston shaker

I measure of brandy yolk and white ofone egg 1 teaspoonful sugar syrup Shake well and strain into a goblet glass, then grate a little nutmeg on the drink.

Should fiery-like swords ofindigestion be inflaming and stabbing then a Stinger cocktail will be the answer to this unpleasant ailment.

"Stinger Cocktail" 1 measure ofbrandy I measure of white Creme de Menthe Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
