Shake well with ice.

Frozen Daiquiri(SloppyJoe's,Havana)

Almostfill a champagne glass with shaved ice, then tip this quantity into an electric mixer and add thefollowing:

juice of y2 fresh lime 34 teaspoonful sugar I measure ofBacardi rum

After mixing, pour contents back into the champagne glass, unstrained, and serve with straws.
