I measure Pernod I measure water I dash sugar syrup I dash Angostura Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Pernod Drip d^rop into a small tumbler a large piece of ice and pour in a measure ofPernod. Place on the French drip spoon i lump sugar and rest it on the rim ofglass. Then take a smalljug ofcold water and with a steady hand let it drip, drip, over the sugar until it is dissolved. It is a nice quiet pastime and a delightful drink when ready.
