One third Grenadine One-third White Creme de Menthe One third Creme de Violette in Pousse Cafe glass, poured in the order named over a teaspoon, so as to keep the ingredients floating sep arately. Add a drop of Cin to en hance the color of blue in the Creme de Violette. Observations A drink which, properly made, presents the spectacle of red, white and blue. Hence the name. The making of it requires a steady hand, and it has a pleasing appearance.
