Creme de Menthe Frappe Fill frappe glass with shaved ice. Pour green Creme de Menthe over ice to top and serve with two short straws. Observations Of this drink it may be truly said that the flavor lasts. It gives a stinging tang of refresh ment to the tongue. Much fancied by the ladies. Menthe-Brandy Frappe Same as above, with a little less Creme de Menthe, and topped with Brandy.
