XANTHIA.
33^% Cherry Brandy. 33^% Yellow Chartreuse. 33i% Dry Gin. Mix and strain into cocktail glass.
X.Y.Z.
25% Lemon Juice. 25% Cointreau.- 50% Bacardi Rum. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
YALE.
3 dashes Orange Bitters. 1 dash Angostura Bitters. 1 glass Booth's Dry Gin. MLx and strain into small glass. Add a little syphon and squeeze lemon peel on top.
YELLOW DAISY. 40% Gin.
40% French Vermouth. 20% Grand Marnier. Mix and serve.
YELLOW DWARF.
Invented by W. Tarling. The Yolk of an Egg. 50% Cream. 50% Almond Symp. Shake and strain. Fill up with a dash of syphon soda.
YELLOW PARROT. 33J% Absinthe.
33^% Yellow Chartreuse. 33J% Apricot Brandy. Mix and strain into cocktail glass.
