1 Teaspoonful of • sugar. 1 White of Egg. 2/3 Part of Absinthe. 1/3 Part of Noilly Prat Vennouth.

Shake with cracked ice and serve in a Champagne glass with Gre- me de Menthe in the bottom and a Cherry covering the Menthe.
