1 Ounce Absinthe. 1 Ounce Anisette. 1 Drop Angostura

The white of an Egg. Plenty ice, shake well and strain. "Wet brim off glass with lemon juice and dust with powdered sugar.

NATIONAL COCKTAIL

Apricot Brandy. y^ Pineapple Juice.

y^ Jugo pina. y^ Bacardi. Hielo menudo. Batido y colado. Addrnese con lascas de pina y guindas.

y^ Bacardi. Cracked ice Shake well and strain in cocktail glass. Garnish glass with slices of pineapple and cherries.

y^ Dubonnet. y-2, Conac Fundador 1,-2 Cucharadita Curacao. Enfrlese y cuSlese sin ba- tirlo.

y2 Dubonnet. y^ Fundador Brandy.

y^ Teaspoonful Curacao. . Do not shake. Strain and serve very cold.
