Y¿ Martini Rossi Vermouth. Y¿ Dry Brochi Vermouth. Y^ Gilbey's Gin. Yz Teaspoonful Curacao. Cracked ice. Do not shake. Strain and serve very cold with an orange peel and 2 cherries.

Vermouth Martini Rossi. Y^ Vermouth Brochi Seco. Y^ Ginebra Gilbey. Yz Cucharadita Curacao. Hielo menudo. Enfríese sin batirlo y cuélese. Sírvase con una piel de naranja y dos guindas.

BUTTERFLY (Absinthe Frappe)

En una copa de 10 onzas con hielo menudo y abundante. Agua azucarada hasta casi llenarla. 2 Onzas Absinthe Pernod, flotando. Disuélvase len tamente con una cucha- rita hasta cíue se quede muy bien ligado. •'

Use a 10-ounces glass. Plenty of cracked ice. Fill glass almost to the brim with sweetened water. 2 Cunees Pernod Absinthe. Stir slowly with a spoon until well mixed; then drink.
