Va Noilly Prat Vermouth. 1/2 Canadian Club Whiskey. 1 Dash Angostura. Cracked ice. Do not shake. Let it become very coId, strain and serve.

V3 Fresh Sweet Cream. 1/3 Felipe II Brandy. 1/3 Creme de Cacao. 1 Teaspoonful Sugar. 1 Full Lemon Peel. Plenty of cracked ice. Shake well and strain into cock tail glass.

1/3 Crema leche fresca. 1/3 Coñac Felipe II. 1/3 Crema Cacao. 1 Cucharadita de azúcar. La piel entera de un limón. Hielo menudo. Muy batido y colado.
