1st Rule.

Respect your position.

Be clean. Always ha've clean linen and hands. White shirt, and black four-in– hand tie, which t a re at all times th e .proper dress .of a Bartender. Be courteous to the public, for a fter all, it is the public that" pays y our salary. Do n ot drink while on duty. Do n ot smoke while servinq the public. Always serve d. dry glass to each customer. Do n ot carry a towel over your shoulder while serving the pub– lic at any time. Do n ot use your fingers, always handle fruit and Cube ice with utensils. When using real fine ice in egg drinks place a cube of ice in the fine ice when shaking.
