Dissolve one lump of sugar, using the French drip spoon and fdl glass with cold water.

ABSINTHE FRAPPE

1!/2 oz. Absinthe I oz. Water 1 tsp. Sugar

Shake well with shared ice Serve in Delmonico glass.

ADMIRAL COCKTAIL

lYz oz. Gin 1 oz. Cherry Cordial

Juice of Halt Lime Shake.

1 oz. Prunella Brandy 1 oz. Cherry Brandy Dash Lemon Juice Shake

AFTER-DINNER COCKTAIL

Serve In Sherry glass.

I'M oz. Gin 1 oz. French Vermouth Dash Kummel Shake.
