THE ROVING BARTENDER

NEW ORLEANS COCKTAIL

OLD FASHIONED TODDY

2 dashes Peychand bitters 2 dashes absinthe

Yi cube sugar 1 oz. water 1 oz. whiskey 1 piece lemon peel.

1 dash anisette 1 oz. whiskey Shake.

Muddle sugar and water in old fashioned glass. Add cube ice and whiskey. Twist lemon peel on top.

NIGHT CAP

Yolk of 1 egg

Y2. oz. anisette Yz oz. curacao (dark) oz. brandy Shake. Dust nutmeg on top. 5 oz. glass.

OLYMPIC COCKTAIL

Yz oz. curacao Yz oz. orange juice 1 oz. brandy Shake.

NORTH SHORE COCKTAIL

ORANGE BLOSSOM

% oz. orange juice 1 oz. dry gin Shake.

Y^ oz. lemon juice Yi spoon bar sugar 1 oz. blackberry brandy 1 oz. brandy Shake. Use 4 oz. glass.

ORIENTAL COCKTAIL

Yi lime

NUDIST COCKTAIL

oz. curacao Yi oz. Italian Vermouth 1 oz. whiskey Shake.

Y^ lemon juice Yi spoon bar sugar Yi oz. rum Y oz. Dubonnet Shake.

ONE-TWO-THREE Yi oz. French Vermouth Yi oz. Italian Vermouth Yi oz. Spanish Vermouth Stir. Twist orange peel on top.

OLD FASHIONED COCKTAIL

Yi cube sugar 1 dash Angostura bitters Yi oz. water (plain) 1 oz. whiskey 1 piece lemon peel

PALM BEACH

oz. grapefruit Yi oz. French Vermouth 1 oz. dry gin Stir.

Use old fashioned glass. Put sugar, bitters, lemon peel and water in glass and muddle. Put in cube of ice and whiskey. Stir. Fruit.

OSTEND FIZZ % oz. Creme de Cassis 1 oz. Kirschwasser Shake. Pour into 7 oz. glass. Fizz.

OLD FASHIONED COCKTAIL

Made with Rum, Gin 0 Brandy, same as whiskey.
