THE SWIZZLE These drinks are really punches that take the name from the agitator that is swizzled around in making the drink. The swizzle stick itself will not fit in a glass as the prongs on it stick out all around and so a pitcher is used.

JAMAICA SWIZZLE Juice of 1 lime, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 spoon sugar,3 ozs. dark rum.Fill pitcher 54 i®®- Pour in ingredients. Take the swizzle between the palms of the hands and agitate back and forth and churn up and down. Makes two drinks. If no swizzle stick, use shaker and plenty muscle.

PANAMA SWIZZLE Juice of 1 lime,juice of one orange, 1 oz. curacao,3 oz. Gorgona Rum.Proceed as in Jamaica.

CUBA SWIZZLE 6 oz. pineapple juice,3oz.French Vermouth,4 oz.light Rum. If you can get fresh pineapple so much the better drink. This needs lots of movement.4 drinks.
