THE ROVING BARTENDER
QUEEN CHARLOTTE
NAPA SODA LEMONADE
1 oz. lemon juice 1 spoon bar sugar 1 bottle napa soda
1 oz. raspberry syrup 1 oz. Orgeat Syrup
3 cubes ice in 10 oz. glass Stir with seltzer. Fruit.
Fix 12 oz. glass with 3 cubes of ice and fruit. Then use mix ing glass with lemon sugar and a few ounces of the Napa water stir this and pour into big glass filling up with rest of soda. •
TEA FAVORITA
Steep a pot of strong black tea and while it's still hot put in 2 slices of lemon, 2 slices of orange, a piece of cinnamon bark and 4 cubes of sugar. When it cools off add some ice cubes in a pitcher and fill with ginger ale.
ORANGEADE
5^ oz. lemon juice 2 oz. orange juice 3 cubes ice in 10 oz. glass Plain water or seltzer. Stir. Fruit.
WAIKJKI COOLER
y2 oz. lime juice 10 oz. pineapple juice 10 oz. orange juice
PLAIN LEMONADE
2 ozs. lemon juice 2 spoons bar sugar 3 cubes ice in 10 oz. glass Fill with water. Stir. Dec orate with fruit or shake.
Stir in qt. pitcher with cubes of ice and seltzer. Add pieces of pineapple and orange. Makes 3 10 oz. drinks.
