Mint Julep Large bar glass

1 teaspoonful of sugar Add enough water to dissolve sugar 2 sprays of fresh mint, press until extracted Yz glass of ice

I jigger rye whiskey I dash Jamaica rum Place a few sprigs of fresh mint on top Trim with fruit in season. Serve colddrinksice cold. If timeallows, it isa good ideato pre- cool not only the liquor but the glasses. Remember that the quality of your ingredients is of the utmost importance. You cannot servea good drink unless everything that goes into it is "tops." Mint Julep Use either rye or bourbon whiskey and the dash of rum is optional. Mint Julep Be careful not to handleglass whilemixing as it takes away the frost formation on the glass.
