2 quarts of rye whiskey I pint of Jamaica rum 6 lemons, sliced I pineapple, sliced 4 quarts of water Sweeten to taste, and ice.

Century Club Funch

2 parts old Santa Cruz rum I part old Jamaica rum 5 parts water Lemons and sugar ad lib. This is a nice punch.

Champagne Funch

I quart bottle of wine H pound of sugar

I orange, sliced Juice of a lemon 3 slices of pineapple I wineglass of raspberry or strawberry syrup

Ornament with fruit in season; serve in champagne goblets. This can be made in quantity by observing the proportions as given above. Four bottles of wine make a gallon, and a gallon is generally sufScient for fifteen persons in a mixed party. [78]
