{Estimate for 6 guests) Serve in an attractive punch bowl with ladle. Place in: 4 pieces of Ice 1 glass Brandy 2 Liqueur glasses Orange Curagao 1 Liqueur glass Maraschino 1 Liqueur glass Apricot Brandy 1 Liqueur glass Grand Marnier 1 quart bottle Champagne Decorate with slices of orange and pineapple, or any fruit in season. Stir gently. (All other Wine Cups may be made the same way, by substituting the desired wine for Champagne. Should the wine be too dry, add a table- spoonful of sugar to contents of bowl.) Serve in an attractive punch bowl with ladle. Pour in: Contents of 12 eggs {already well beaten up) 1 bottle Jamaica Rum \ bottle Brandy \ pint Fresh Milk or Cream Add sugar to taste and stir well. Grate \ nutmeg on the punch before serving. {Estimate for about 20 guests)

Place in 4 pieces of ice and add: 1 Liqueur glass Calvados 1 Liqueur glass Curagao 1 Liqueur glass Maraschino 1 measure Brandy 1 quart Cider Decorate with slices of orange or fruit in season. Stir gently. JAMAICA OLD FASmONED Use a small, heavy tumbler glass. Place in glass 1 lump of sugar, slightly saturated with Angostura Bitters. Crush sugar and Bitters together and add a lump of ice, also a thick slice of orange. Pour into the prepared glass \\ measures of Jamaica Rum. HOT J A /i 1A iO. 1 Af'MCH Pour into a long tumbler: 1 measure Jamaica Rum Juice of I Lemon \ tablespoonful Sugar Dash of Angostura Bitters Add .3 cloyes and a slice of lemon. Fill glass with boiling water. Pour into a wine glass: 1 measure Rum 1 measure Ginger Cordial Stir without ice. (Very warming in the cold weather.) RUM MAC
