Texas Fizz

Rum Fizz

Same as Gin Fizz. Use Orange Juice instead of Lemon.

Juice of 1 /2 Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar.

H oz. Rum. Shake well.

Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Bucks Fizz I /4 glass Orange Juice. Fill up with Cold Champagne

Sloe Gin Fizz

Use long glass. Add I cube Ice.

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. IJ oz. Sloe Gin. Shake weU. Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Brandy Fizz

Juice of I Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. oz. Brandy. Shake and Strain. Serve in Highball Glass with I cube of Ice. Fill with Syphon Soda.

Sea Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. I teaspoon Sugar. IJ oz. Absinthe. Shake well and Strain long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Same as Brandy. Except use Gin.

Southern Comfort Fizz Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 2 oz. Southern Comfort. Sugar optional. Shake and Strain into long glass. Add 1 cube of Ice. Fill with Syphon Soda.

Silver Fizz

Same as Brandy. Except use Gin and Add White of Egg.
