1 teaspoon Sugar. 1 Whole Egg. 2 oz. Brandy.

Shake well and Strain. Grated Nugmeg on top.

Whisky Flip Same as Brandy Flip. Use Whisky instead.

Claret Flip Same as Brandy Flip. Use Claret instead.

Port Flip Same as Brandy Flip. Use Port instead.

Sherry Flip Same as Brandy Flip. Use Sherry instead.
