1/6 Dry Vermouth. 5/6 Dry Gin. Stir and Strain. Add Pearl Onion.

1/2 Fernet Branca. 1/2 Creme de Menthe (Green). Stir and Strain.

Gimlet

2/3 Dry Gin. 1/3 Lime Juice Cordial. Shake and Strain. (It is the practice to-day to add splash of soda water if required.)

Fourth Degree

I/3 Dry Gin. 1/3 Dry Vermouth. 1 /3 Sweet Vermouth. 2 Dashes Absinthe. Stir and Strain.

Gin Cocktail

Furore

1 Glass of Gin. 1 Dash Angostura tSitrfrs. 2 Dashes Orange Bitters. Stir and Strain. Add Squeeze of Lemon Peel.

2/5 Aurum. 3/lO Brandy. 2/10 LiUet. 1/10 Fresh Orange Juice. Shake and Strain.

Gin Aurum

4/11 Dry Gin. 3/11 Aurum. 3/11 Lemon Juice, Fresh. 1/11 Grenadine. Shake and Strain.

Futurity

1/2 Sloe Gin. 1/2 Sweet Vermouth. 2Dashes Angostura Bitters. Stir and Strain.
