1/4 Lemon Juice. 1/4 Creme de Menthe.

Shake and Strain.

Snake-in-the-Grass 1/4 Gin. 1/4 Cointreau.

Stinger.

2/3 Brandy. 1/3WhiteCremede Menthe. Shake and Strain.

1/4 Dry Vermouth. 1/4 Lemon Juice. Shake and Strain.

St. Germain Use double Cocktail glass.

Snissesse

1/2 Wfhite of Egg. Juice 1/2 Lemon. 1/2 glass Sweetened Pernod. Shake weU.

Shake and Strain. Juice 1/2 Lemon.

Juice 1/4 Grapefruit. The White of 1 Egg. 1 Liqueur glass of Green Chartreuse.

Strain into small tumbler andaddsplashSodaWater.

Star 1 teaspoonful Grapefruit Juice. 1 Dash Sweet Vermouth. 1 Dash Dry Vermouth.

Tango 2 Dashes Orange Curacao. 1/2 Dry Gin.

1/4 Sweet Vermouth. 1/4 Dry Vermouth. Dash of Orange Juice. Shake and Strain.

1/2 Calvados. 1/2 Dry Gin. Shake and Strain.
