J. McCarthy Shake 1/3 Lemon Gin (Gordon's), 1/3 Liqueur d'Or (Gamier), 1/6 Cointreau, 1/6 Lemon Squash (Schvveppes), 1 dash fresh lemon juice. Serve with a Cherry. U.K.B.G. U.S.A. (West Coast) Cocktail Competition, 1953 "Betake Cocktail" Joe Galsini Shake 25% equal parts Pineapple Juice, Papaya Juice and Lime Juice, 18% Van der Hum,7% Cointreau,50% Puerto Rican Rum (Christopher Columbus).
