Texas Fizz

Rum Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoons Sugar. oz. Rum. Shake well. Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Same as Gin Fizz. Use Orange Juice instead of Lemon.

Bucks Fizz

Sloe Gin Fizz

1 /4 glass Orange Juice. Fill up with Cold Champagne.

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. oz. Sloe Gin. Shake well. Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Use long glass. Add 1 cube Ice.

Brandy Fizz

Sea Fizz

Juice of 1/2 Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. 1^ oz. Absinthe. Shake well and Strain into long glass. Fill with Syphon Soda. Add 1 cube of Ice.

Juice of I Lemon. 1 teaspoon Sugar. I^ oz. Brandy. Shake and Strain. Serve in Highball Glass with I cube of Ice. Fill with Syphon Soda.
