Names given by the various shippers are: "Gloria Mundi"—soft, and dry, good bouquet. "El Rei"—fine dry, pale amber colour. "Ninety-nine "—russet brown, fairly dry. "Camponeza"—amber,slightly sweet. "Rainwater"—named after an early American favourite. Soft-flavoured and shghtly sweet. "South Side "—deep brown, fairly sweet, from the best vineyards on the south coast, accounting for the name. "Caravela "—golden brown, sweet. "Rich Old Bual"—medium rich. "Duke of Clarence Malmsey"—deep golden brown, sweet dessert wine. "White Label"—rich brown, sweet, full flavoured.
