Cobblers

These are long drinks for the hot weather.

Put a spoon in the tumbler for sdrring, and provide straws.

SHERRY COBBLER I smallspoonfulSugarSyrup I small spoonful Curacao I Sherry glass of Amontil lado Sherry Shake and strain into a tumbler and decorate with any fruit in season. A little port on top will be to most people's taste.

COFFEE COBBLER The same as above, only use Old Brandy instead of Sherry
