CHAMPAGNE CUP Put plenty ofice into a glass jug and then add: 2 measures Brandy I measure Curacao I measure Apricot Brandy

Pour in:

I bottle chilled soda water I bottle chilled Champagne

Stir and then decorate with any fruit in season. You can also add fresh mint, a slice ofcucumber and a sprig of borage.
