Sangarees
WHISKY SANGAREE
ALE SANGAREE Dissolve one tablespoonful of castor sugar in a small wine glass of water, and then pour this into a large tumbler. Fill up with Ale and garnish with a little nutmeg.
Like the above except that Whisky is used instead of Ale. This is served cold and so there should be a few lumps of ice in the tumbler.
