First— Send for a Physician. Second— Induce vomiting by tickling the throat with feather or finger; drink hot water, strong mustard and water; swallow sweet oil or whites ofeggs. Acids are antidotes for alkalis and vice versa.

Acids — Muriatic, Oxalic, Acetic, Sulphuric (Oil of Vitriol), Nitric(Aqua Fortis) Prussic acid
Ammonia in water, water in face.
Dash
Whiskey or dilute grain al cohol, flour and water, mucilaginous drinks. Vinegar or Lemon juice in water. Milk, raw eggs,sweet oil, lime water, flour and water. Whites of eggs or milk in large doses. Dash cold water on head and chest. Artificial respiration. Soap-suds and mucilaginous drinks. Starch and water, astringent infusions, strong tea. Whites ofeggs, milk mucilages. Strong black coffee, hot bath. Keep awake and moving at any cost.

Alkalis — Potash, Hartshorn, Lye, Ammonia Arsenic — Rat Poison, Paris Green Bug Poison — Lead, Saltpetre, Corrosive Sublimate, Sugar of Lead, Blue Vitriol.. Chloroform — Chloral, Ether Carbonate of Soda, Copperas, Cobalt Iodine — Antimony, Tartar Emetic Mercury and its Salts Opium — Morphine, Lau danum; Paregoric Soothing Powders or Syrup
