HORSE'S NECK In large tumbler: two pieces of Ice in whole Lemon rind, pour in split of Ginger Ale, stir and serve. One-half glass of Brandy, Gin, Rum, or either Whiskey may be added if desired. IRISH ROSE In shaker: the juice ofone-half Lemon, a teaspoon of Grena dine, one glass of Irish Whis key: shake well, strain into fizz glass, add squirt of syphon or Schweppes soda water and KING'S PEG or BRANDY AND CHAMPAGNE In large wineglass: a piece of Ice, one-half glass of Brandy; fill with Champagne,and serve. ^ In cocktail glass: a teaspoon of Grenadine,the juice of one- quarter Lemon,fill with Rum; stir and serve. A good remedy for a cold. KOLDKURE serve.

MAGNOLIA In shaker: the yolk of an Egg, a teaspoon of Curasao, one- half glass of Brandy; shake well, strain into fizz glass, fill with Champagne and serve. MAMY TAYLOR In large tumbler: a piece of Ice, a slice of Lemon, one glass of Gin; fill with split of Ginger Ale, stir and serve. MIMOSA or CHAMPAGNE ORANGE In large wineglass: a piece of Ice, the juice of one-half Orange; fill with Champagne stir and serve.
