BRANDY.

No. 11.-ARMAGNAC BRANDY. To 20 gallons pure spirits (10 o. p.) add:- 5 gallons pure Armagnac brandy.

1 ounce oil of Cognac. 1 ounce oonanthic acid. 1 ounce acetic ether. 2 ounces tincture kino. 3 pounds loaf sugar. Mix, color, and proceed as in No. 1.

No. 12.-ARMAGNAC 'BRANDY. To 20 gallons pure spirits (10 o. p.) add:- 4 gallons Armagnac brandy. i ounce oil of Cognac. 1 t ounces oonn,nthic acid. 2 ounces acetic ether. 1 pint siinple sirup. 1 ~ ounces tincture kino. Color, mix, and proceed as in No. 1.
