217. Brandy and Gum, (Ubo small bar glaafl.) Same as brandy straight,with one dash of gum syrup.

218. Sherry and Egg. (Uao small bar glass.)

1 Egg. 1 wine-glass of sherry.

219. Sherry and Bitters.

1 dash of hitters. 1 wine-glass of sherry.

230. Sherry and Ice. (TJsesmall barglass.) Put two lumps of ice in a glass, and fill with wine.
