Same as brandy straight, with one dash of gum syrup.

218. Sherry and Egg . (Use smal bar glass.)

1 Egg. 1 wine-glass of sherry.

219. Sherry and Bitters.

1 dash of bitters. 1 wine-glass of sherry.

220. Sherry and Ice. (Use smal bar glass.) Put two lumps of ice in a glass, and fill with wine.
