The " Orusta" is an improvemcnt on the " Cocktail," and ia said to bave been invented by Santina^ a celebrated Spanish caterer. To make a splendid bottle of brandy cocktail, use the followiDg ingrédients : I brandy. i water. % 1 pony-glass of Bogart's bitters. The author bas always used this recipe in compounding the above beverage for connoisseurs.
