LIQUEURS.

Anisette.

10 oz. powdered aniseed. 1 oz. powdered cummin seed. 1 oz. powdered orris root. 3 oz.lemon xieel. 2gallons spirit(30 U. P.). 3 pts. capillaire. Macerate the powders and the peel hi the sph-it for about a month,then filter and add the capillahe.

Aqua Bianca.

i oz. essence of lemon. i oz. essence of citron, i oz. essence of amber.

J oz. essence of peppermint. J oz. essence of hergamot.

1 OZ. essence of rose. 2gallons proof spirit. 5 pints capillaire. Mix all together ; shake frequently, and in one month filter through flannel.
