Take your sherry g lass and squirt into it some bitters; roll the g lass to the rig ht and le ft whil e hold– ing it b etween your fingers, thus allowing the amount of bitte rs that does not adhere to the g lass to fall out, as what remains will be sufficient. Then fill the g lass w ith sh e rry. Sherry and Ice. Put a few lumps of ice in a sour glass and fill it up with sherry wine.
