COLD RUg4 FLIP.
H ot Rum F li p . (Use large bar-glass.) Same as Brandy Flip, substituting Ja inaica rum in– stead of brandy.
H ot Wh i sk y Fl i p .
Same as Brandy Flip, using K i r k e r , G r eer's Loch Dhu whisky instead of brandy.
Hot Gi n F l xp .
(Use large bar-glass, heated.) Same as Brandy F l i p , substituting Ho l l and O i n instead of brandy.
Cold Brandy Flip. (Use large bar-glass.)
Take 1 teaspoonful powdered sugar.
1 wine-glass of brandy. ~ wine-glass of water. 1 fresh egg. 2 lumps of ice.
Dissolve the sugar. in the wa t er, add the b r andy , egg and ice, shake up thoroughly, strain i n t o a sma l l bar-glass. Serve with a li t tle nutmeg on top.
