SODA LEMONADE.

Saratoga Cooler. (Use large bar-glass.)

Juice of half a lemon. 1 bottle of ginger ale. 2 small lumps of ice. Take 1 tea-spoonful of powdered white sugor. Stir well and remove the ice before serving.

Plain Lemonade. (Use large bar-glass.) Take the juice of half a large lemon.

1 ~2 table-spoonful sugar. 2 or 8 pieces of orange.

Fill the t umbler one-half f ul l w i t h shaved ice, the balance with water; dash with raspberry syrup, orna– ment with fr u its in season, and serve with straws.

Soda Lemonade. (Use large socla-glass.) Take 1~ table-spoonful of powdered white sugar. Juice of half a lemon. 1 bottle of plain soda-water. 2 or 3 small lumps of ice. Stir up well, and remove the ice before serving. SELTzER LEMoNADE may be made by substituting Seltzer water for the soda.
