Coffee Cobbler. (Use large leuionade-glass.)

Fill glass two two thirds with ice, one desert tea- spoonful powdered sugar ; stir, then pour in one jigger brandy; stir thoroughly. Serve with straws. An excellent stimulant.

Tea Cobbler. (Use large leinonade-glass.)

Made in same marineras Coffee Cobbler, using Irish whiskey instead of brandy, with a thin slice lemon added.

Snow Flake. (Use thin glass.)

Take large thin glass half filled with sweet milk; flll up with Impérial or seltzer water; both ingréd­ ients must be cold.

St. Charles’ Punch. (Use large barglass.) Take i teaspoonful of powdered sugar, dissolved in a little water. i wine glass of Port wine. i pony glass of brandy. The juice of quarter of a lemon. Fill the tumbler with shaved ice, shake well, orna- ment with fruits in season, and serve with a straw.
