Coffee Cobbler. (Use large lemonade-glass.)

Fill g lass two two thirds with ice, one desert tea· spoonful powdered sugar; stir, then pour in one jigger brandy; stir thoroughly. Serve with straws. An excellent stimulant.

Tea Cobbler. (Use large lemon ade-glass.)

Made in same manner as Coffee Cobbler,using Irish whiskey instead of brandy, with a thin slice lemon added.

Snow Flake. (Use thin glass.)

Take large thin glass h alf filled with sweet milk ; fill up with Imperial or seltzer water; both ingred– ients must be cold.

St. Charles' Punch. (Use large barglass.) Take I teaspoonful of powdered sugar, dissolved in a little water. 1 wine glass of Port wine. 1 pony glass of b randy. The juice of quarter of a lemon. Fill the tumbler with shaved ice, shake well, orna– ment with fruits in season, and serve with a straw.
