Soda Lemonade. • (Use large soda-glass.) Take i tablespooiil'iil of powdered white sugar. Juice of half a lemon. 1 bottle of plain sodawater. 2 or 3 small lumps of ice. Stir up well, and serve with straws or strair- Seltzer Lemonade may be made bj' substiiu. ing Seltzer water for the soda. Egg Lemonade. (Use large barglass.) Take i large tablespoonful of pulverized whr^. sugar. Juice of half a lemon. 1 fresh egg. 2 or 3 small lumps of ice. Shake up thoroughly,strain into a sodawater glasj and fill up the glass with soda or seltzer water. Or nament with berries. Or?eat Lemonade. (Use large barglass.) Take i tablespoonful of powdered white sugar.

Yi wineglass of orgeat sjTup. The juice of half a lemon.

Fill the tumbler one third full of fine ice, balance water. Shake well, and omameiit with berries in season. Serve.
