BRANDY FLOAT.

Use a pony glass.

Fill the glass with brandy (Hennessey). it to- gether, and turn them over quickly so the pony glass will remain upside down in the whiskey glass. Use large thin bar glass.

i piece of clean ice.

i wine glass of brandy (Hennessey). Fill the glass with Belfast ginger ale. A mild-tasting mixture, but deceiving in consequences if indulged in with impunity.
