Curry Sauce.—One sliced onion,two cups of Water or stock, two tablespoons of butter, one tablespoon of flour, salt, one table spoon of curry powder. Brown the onion in the butter. Stir in the flour and curry powder. Add the water,and strain the sauce when it thickens. If water is used, add beef extract.
