Gazette Cocktail.

Mixing glass half full of ice.

Two clashes gum, two clashes Angostura, two clashes of Curacoa, one-half wine glass whiskey, one- half wine glass brandy; stir well, strain into cocktail glass, add a cherry, sciueeze lemon peel.

Modern Cocktail.

Bar glass half full of ice. Three dashes lemon juice, one dash orange hitters, one dash absinthe, four clashes of syrup, one-half jigger of Scotch whiskey, one-half jigger Sloe gin; mix well and strain in cocktail glass with cherry.

Celery Cocktail. Take pony beer glass three-quarters full of Dr. Brown's celery tonic, one-half pony glass of Creme de Menthe, three dashes Angostura aromatic bitters and serve.
