Vanilla Punch.

Use a large bar glass.

1 table-spoon sugar dissolved in a little water. 3or 4 dashes lemon juice.

2or 3 dashes Ouragoa. 1 wine glass brandy. 1 pony glass Vanilla cordial.

Fill with fine ice. Mix well. Dress tastily with berries and fruit in sea son, and serve with a straw. Or you can fiavor with a little vanilla extract instead of the cordial.

Velvet(bottled). Use apunch boivl. 1 quart bottle of Moselle. ^ pint of sherry wine. 2 table-spoonfuls of sugar. 1 lemon. 1 sprig of verbena.

Peel the lemon very thin, using only sufficient of the peel to produce the desired fiavor ; add the other in gredients,strain and ice.
