SODA COCKTAIL
SODA LEMONADE
2 teaspoonsful sugar Juice of 1 lemon I lump of ice I bottle of club or lemon soda. Ornament with fruits in sea son and serve with straws.
I spoonful sugar 3 dashes Angostura bitters Coating inside of glass with sugar, fill quickly with ice, add I bottle lemon or plain soda. Two slices of orange, stir and serve.
SODA NEGUS
(U.se small punch bowl.)
I pint of Port wine Yz tablespoon Angostura bitters 12 lumps loaf sugar T2 cloves I teaspoon nutmeg. Put above ingredients into a clean saucepan, warm and stir well, do not let it boil, pour in on this mixture I bottle plain soda. Put in punch bowl and serve in cups.
ST. CHARLES PUNCH
ST, CROIX CRUSTA
(Use large bar glass.)
Use mixing glass half full of ice 3 dashes of gum syrup ' 1 dash of Pej'chaud bitters 3 dashes Angostura bitters
I teaspoon sugar 3 dashes of lemon juice I dash seltzer 1 jigger Port wine
y2 jigger brandy 2 dashes Curacao I dash Genuine Angostura bitters. Stir well, fill glass with shaved ice, trim with fruit and serve with straws.
2 dashes of lemon juice 1 dash of mineral water 2 dashes Maraschino I jigger St. Croix rum.
Mix well, strain into stem glass, prepared as follows: Re move the peel from one lemon in one long string, put into stem glass after moistening and dipping in sugar.
