75% St. Croix rum 25% Jamaica rum Fill glass with cracked ice. Stir with spoon, ornament with fruits in season and serve with straws.
STAR COCKTAIL
I dash of orange bitters 50% Bailor Vermouth 50% applejack Fill glass with ice. Stir and strain. Serve cocktail glass.

1 teaspoon sugar 2 lumps of ice 100% whiskey I bottle of club soda. Stir up well with spoon, re move the iee and serve.
