1912 Dr Siegert's Angostura Bitters

SHERRY WINE PUNCH

Use a large bar glass. Yi wine glass of orchard syrup. 1 dash of lemon juice. 2 dashes Lir. Siegert's Genuine Angoslur* Bitters. Fill the glass with fine shaved ice. 1H wine glasses sherry. Stir up well with a spoon; ornament with grapes, oranges, pineapples and berries; top It off with a little claret wine, and serve with a straw. SHERRY WINE SANGAREE Prepare this drink same as Port "Wine Sougaree,substituting sherry for port. SILVER COCKTAIL Use mixing glass half full of ice. 1 dash gum syrup. 2 dashes orange bitters. 1 dash Dr. Siegert's Genuine Angostura Bitters. 2dashes Maraschino. I Y jigger French Vermouth. Yi jigger Gordon Gin. Stir well, strain in cocktail glass, twist lemon peel on top and serve. 3 dashes lemon juice. Yi tablespoon sugar. 1 jigger Sloe Gin. 3 dashes Angostura Bitters. Shake well, strain into fizz glass, fill up with seltzer and serve. SODA COCKTAIL Large bar glass with 2or 3lumps of ice. 1 teaspoon sugar. 2 or 3 dashes Dr. Siegert's Genuine Angos tura Bitters. SLOE GIN FIZZ Use largo bar glass half full of ice.
