Fill small bar glass M; shaved ice. 1 teaspoonful bar sugar. 1% jigger Port wine. Shake and serve with grated nutmeg on top. SANGAREE. SHERRY WINE. Fill whiskey glass 1/’; shaved ice. . 1 teaspoonful bar sugar. 1 jigger sherry. " Shake and serve with grated nutmeg on top. I SHAKE. BRANDY. Fill small mixing glass shaved ice. . 1 tablespoonful bar sugar. Juice of 2 limes. 1 jigger brandy. Shake; strain into small glass and serve. SHAKE. GIN. l Substitute gin for brandy and proceed same as for Brandy Shake.
